Here are the payment methods we accept:

Any order ships to the address in the State of Pennsylvania be charged sales tax which is required by PA State Law. If you are a tax exempt organization in PA please contact us regarding your order.
For orders over $50 we offer free ground shipping. Orders under $50 has a flat shipping fee of $6. Express 2 day shipping rate also available at checkout page after you enter shipping address information.
We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx within the contiguous United States.
Shipping and handling time
We usually ship orders the same day before 6 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 6 PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekend will ship the following Monday(except holidays).
Health care products: 6 Months manufacturer’s limited warranty to cover defects.
Ink & Toner products: 2 Years limited warranty.
Electronic products: 3 Months limited warranty to cover defects.
Returns, refunds, cancellations
if you receive a defective product and want to return it, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send the product back. And you can choose to get a replacement or refund. Refunds can be applied to your original payment method within 3 month from the order purchase date. After 3 months it will apply to your account credit.
Non-defective products can be returned and refunded if they are not opened and are in good condition. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable for any non-defective products. Please be aware that we may apply a 20% restocking fee.
Your order can be modified or cancelled before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service if you need to modify or cancel an order. After an order is shipped we cannot modify or cancel.
